Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the FEC Holiday Market collects and how we use it. The market is run by Whitney McQuade Consulting Limited, based in New Brunswick, Canada.

1. 1.What we collect from vendors

   Your name, email, business name, listing details, photos and links. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.

2. 2.What we collect from shoppers

   When a shopper clicks a vendor's link, we record the click and the date. We don't collect shoppers' names or contact details unless they sign up for our email list.

3. 3.How we use it

   To create and show your listing, process your payment, send you emails about your listing, share your click results and run the market. If you joined our email list, we'll also send you emails about the market and our offers. You can unsubscribe anytime.

4. 4.Who we share it with

   We only share information with the services that run the market, like Stripe for payments, our email provider and our website hosting. We don't sell your information.

5. 5.How long we keep it

   We keep vendor information for as long as we need it to run the market and meet tax and legal requirements.

6. 6.Your choices

   You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@thefecgroup.com.

   We can update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
