Vendor Terms
These terms explain how the FEC Holiday Market works when you buy a listing. The FEC Holiday Market is run by Whitney McQuade Consulting Limited, based in New Brunswick, Canada ("we," "us"). By buying a listing, you agree to these terms.
1.What you're buying
You're buying a listing in the FEC Holiday Market for the dates of your tier. A Season Pass listing runs November 1 to December 6, 2026. A Market Weekend listing runs December 4 to 6, 2026. Season Pass listings approved after November 1 go live once approved and end December 6. We promote the market through The Female Entrepreneur Community® Facebook group and email list. We choose how, when and how often we promote it.
2.No guaranteed results
We give your business exposure. We don't guarantee any number of views, clicks, shoppers or sales.
3.Approval
Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. We aim to review listings within 48 hours. We can ask you to change a listing or reject it for any reason. If we reject your listing, we'll refund your full payment.
4.Your listing
You're responsible for everything in your listing, including your photos, description, links and holiday deal. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you submit, that it's accurate and that it follows the law. You agree to honor any deal or discount code you list. We can edit your listing for length or formatting, and we can remove it at any time if it breaks these terms.
5.What isn't allowed
Listings can't include anything illegal, adult content, weapons, drugs, counterfeit or copied products, gambling, get-rich-quick schemes, medical claims or anything hateful or misleading. We decide what fits the market.
6.Your sales and your customers
Shoppers buy directly from you, on your own website or shop. We're not part of that sale. You're responsible for your products and services, delivery, shipping, returns, refunds, customer service and any taxes on your sales.
7.Shipping
If you sell physical products, you must be able to ship them in time for Christmas, or clearly state your shipping cutoff in your listing.
8.Payment
All prices are in US dollars and are paid through Stripe. Front Row VIP members can use one VIP discount code per listing.
9.Refunds
All sales are final. The only exceptions are if we reject your listing or cancel the market, and then we'll refund your full payment. If you pay and don't submit your listing before the deadline, your payment is not refundable.
10.Deadlines
Season Pass listings must be bought and submitted by November 15, 2026. Market Weekend listings must be bought and submitted by November 27, 2026.
11.If the market is down
If the market is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row because of a problem on our side, we'll extend your listing by the same amount of time where we can. That's the only remedy for downtime.
12.Using your listing to promote the market
You give us permission to use your business name, logo, photos and listing details to promote the market in our group, emails and social media during the 2026 holiday season.
13.Click tracking
We count clicks on your listing so we can share results with you after the market.
14.Limit of liability
Our total responsibility to you for anything related to the market is limited to the amount you paid for your listing. We're not responsible for lost sales, lost profits or problems between you and your customers.
15.Your responsibility to us
If someone makes a claim against us because of your listing, products or services, you agree to cover the costs of that claim.
16.Changes
We can update these terms. If we make a major change after you buy, we'll email you.
17.Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada.
